The Thrive Programme

What Is Thriving?

Thriving is about living life to the full – it’s about choosing to experience life in a positive, optimistic enthusiastic way knowing that you have the skills and resources needed to deal with whatever life throws at you. To Thrive is to be on ‘top of your game’ and ‘smashing it out of the park’ whenever you get the chance to do so.

Why live a life of dull, boring mediocrity when you could be Thriving? Thriving is about embracing the challenges of life with courage, enthusiasm and a determination to win through in the end even when the odds are stacked against you.

Thriving isn’t about being perfect – it’s about doing the best you can given the situation you find yourself and the resources you have available to you at the time.

It doesn’t matter who you are, where you come from, your socio-economic or educational background, your age, gender, sexuality or what happened to you in your childhood – you can learn to Thrive!

Those Who Thrive

Thriving individuals don’t avoid or seek safety from potentially challenging situations but embrace life and all that life has to offer. They’re buoyant, enthusiastic and have a ‘can do’ attitude. Those who thrive are open-minded, flexible and goal-orientated – they tend not to dwell on the past, they look forward to the future and they recover quickly from set-backs because they’ve resilient and have tremendous coping skills.

Those who Thrive believe in themselves and in their ability to do well – they like themselves, look after themselves and hold themselves in high self-regard. It goes without saying that those who Thrive have high self-esteem, are self-accepting and have great social confidence!

Interestingly, those who Thrive tend not to be self-righteous, boastful or egotistical. On the contrary, thriving individuals tend to be modest, calm, humble and unassuming. They are, in other words quietly confident. The stability of their inherent sense of self-worth and self-belief means they’re unlikely to need or seek approval – they appreciate honest feedback and learn from what others say but they’re also able to assess and validate themselves with great accuracy. They are self-aware, emotionally intelligent individuals who treat themselves and others well.

The Thrive Programme

Those who choose to work with me complete a unique, psychological training programme called The Thrive Programme. The programme, which is usually completed in just 6 sessions will show you everything you need to know to Thrive through helping you take control of your mental health and well-being. The programme shows you how to do this through the development of specific skills, abilities, attitudes and competencies.

On completion of the course you will be able to coach yourself to even greater levels of happiness, health, success, and achievement. Learning does not end with the completion of the course. On the contrary, The Thrive Programme is the just the start of what will become a thoroughly satisfying and fulfilling life for you.

Come and join me and the thousands of other people who have already learned to Thrive. You can complete the programme with me face-to-face or on on-line via Skype or Zoom. It doesn’t where in the World you live – you can learn to Thrive!
